Living into all the ‘shoulds’ and ‘have-to-dos’ is exhausting and frustrating. It’s a “no-win” cycle where family and cultural stories are running your life.
Many times this no-win situation is energetic.
You may sense but not see how you are held by strong old family and cultural system binds. The norms of society continually reinforce the conditioning that keeps you in a place of familiarity; reminding you to be the good parent, good employee, good daughter or son, even through those old stories keep you unfulfilled, trapped or even sick.
There is a path out. . . and a way forward.
But this path requires different tools. And these tools and practices are not taught anywhere else.

It takes desire, commitment and courage to step onto a new path and write a new story – to reclaim your power as the storyteller and become the author of your life.

These tools can help you tap into and activate the greater magic and wisdom, empowering you with the knowledge, guidance and energetic freedom to step into and claim a life of possibility.

Reality is simply perception based on our beliefs and the stories we tell ourselves and others. We can change the direction we are headed by changing our personal and collective story.
We must change the fundamental story of our relationship to the world to one that recognizes our interconnectedness with all of life. Indigenous cultures have long known and lived this way for centuries. The tools and practices they developed for doing this form the core of shamanic energy medicine.
Through the weekly sessions you will come to understand the old story that holds you at the soul level. You will discover and connect with the assistance you have in the natural world, and learn and practice steps to release the limiting parts of the old story.
You will become free to create an extraordinary, sacred journey.

I’D LIKE TO SHARE MY PERSONAL JOURNEY WITH YOU
My parents were dedicated teachers in a small college town where I spent countless hours along the Rio Grande river. My dad’s purpose was to help others “think” out of the box and he taught cool classes I attended about space ship earth, paranormal events; and was dedicated to world peace. My mom gave me books about the magic of Findhorn and sent me to Silva Mind Control at age 17 where I learned how to work with guides, access different levels of the brain and the importance of our thoughts.
I was totally enthralled how to ethically work with energy inside someone’s body to bring healing. Following a natural resource career I was introduced to Nero-Linguistics programming (NLP) where I fell in love with how people think, communicate and are continually striving to become better.
It was absolutely the perfect storm; a foundation of thinking out of the box from my dad, deep love and connection to the mother earth, love of people and their ability to transform and change, observing and teaching skills, and a calling to work with the magic of energy and healing.
Shamanic Energy Medicine answered each of my loves and called me to be of service!
I’ve been in the trenches learning to embody the practices I’ve been taught from many different shamanic mentors and teachers. This is a path of power for service and I’m honored to share how you CAN create an Extraordinary Story for yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Session 1
Your Sacred Story: Connecting to the Divine
In our first session we will explore the core concepts of you becoming the author of your own Extraordinary Story. You will have the chance to see your life and identify the limiting patterns that keep you caught in the old drama or pain.
Using shamanic energy medicine practices. you will learn how to journey successfully and establish a safe place to connect to the Divine and bring in assistance to transform the ordinary. In this session you’ll learn:

How to connect to the positive elements of the earth and experience how they create safety.

How to bring in assistance and guides to assist in transmuting any old limiting patterns that stop you from creating an extraordinary story

How “self-sorcery” limits your connection to the Divine and stops you from changing your story
Session 2
Bringing in Allies: Developing your Power Animals, Guides & Assistants
In Session 2, you broaden your understanding of the world to include the unseen realms and how they offer you resources to create an extraordinary story. Through journey and personal exploration, you step into a new place with tools to easily release and heal old patterns so that you can move toward freedom.
In this session you’ll learn:

Grounding practices that enable you to come into balance each day.

Session 3
Higher Vibration: Embodying Your Extraordinary Story
In Session 3, we explore the differences of individuals who live extraordinary lives, and examine their daily practices. You will learn how limiting beliefs and negative self talk are a form of self-sorcery, and how to do your own needed mental house cleaning. In this session you will learn:.

Shamanic stillness practices to assist in shifting to a higher vibration.

The importance of not directing negative thoughts or beliefs to yourself or others and importance of practicing self love.

How to create a gratitude ceremony.

How past negative experiences impact your brain, and learn core practices to return the limbic brain to neutral
Session 4
The Divination Tools: Seeing & Claiming Your New Beliefs
Understanding how your perception creates your reality is core to Session 4, as well as identifying how the voice of Spirit has been guiding you already.
Through personal exploration, you will learn how to connect to and use your intuition as a navigation tool, and explore practices to develop trust in your own internal guidance. You will step into the realm of dream-time with skills to use the magic night offers. Learn to vision a new extraordinary story that is grounded in the sacred with all your senses and create the new beliefs to make it happen.
In this session you will discover:

Where your voice of intuition is clearest for you and how to use it more

How to Journey to connect with a guardian or guide from the upper world.

How cultural and family beliefs unconsciously affect you and tools and practices to unhook from these old beliefs and old story

Session 5
Protections & Clearing: Applying Powerful Skills to Create Freedom from Fear
Learning to work with the core shamanic practices of death, grief, loss, transition and clearing are woven into Session 5. The shaman knows the tools to stay in alignment as the world shifts around them and how to assist others on their journey. The shaman realizes death and transition open the doorway to new possibilities and that fear is their greatest enemy. In this session you will learn:

How to establish clear boundaries for your health and vitality

The different kinds of grief and how to utilize a grief altar
Session 6
Your Destiny Pathway: Becoming an Extraordinary Version of Yourself
In Session 6, you will explore the core practices of creating your extraordinary story for your life and what that looks and feels like for all the chapters of your life.
You will utilize the practice of journey to create and step into this new destiny and connect with the energy that will propel you on the clear sacred path towards magnificence and magic.
When you understand fully the specific steps of manifestation, becoming an extraordinary version of yourself becomes an act of power.
