It’s here – the next NEW year

It’s here – the next NEW year….. a fresh place of creation.

Universally we are being offered a NEW energy.

Within the practice of numerology, every calendar year is associated with a single-digit number known as the Universal Year number. This number indicates what elements of life are being highlighted and supported during a given year – the feelings, opportunities and challenges we might encounter in the next 12 months.

Essentially, the Universal Year is the energy everyone on the planet experiences.

According to numerologist Felicia Bender, in 2019 the Universal Year number is 3 – which is the number of creativity, self-expression and emotional sensitivity.

It’s also the number of joy, optimism and connection.

Bender suggests we think of the Universal Year as a blank canvas ready for your inspiration….. for your manifestation. She says that the mantra for 2019 – the 3 Universal Year – is to speak your truth.

Which of course means you must know what your truth is.

If you are unsure, this is a year where “truth” will be at the core of every issue, lesson, and limiting belief….

3 is also the number of creation, so it will be a very fertile year to co-create with spirit exactly what you want on that blank canvas.

What does this all mean as we step into this NEW Universal Year?

The first step is exploring the Truth of Yourself….

This exploration is not the truth of the “you” reading this newsletter, but the truth of who you are becoming - as one of the best versions of yourself.

What is the “truth” or the “identity” of that future you?

What are the qualities that are important or the truth of being a best version?

Who do you have to become…. to be that identity?

Step in and create that vision with intention… health, relationships, work, income, family, spiritual connection.

The next step is co-creating with spirit.

According to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) expert Robert Dilts, once you have the truth of that identity, it is even more important to take one more step – which is intentionally being with spirit.

This is the co-creation of that blank canvas with spirit. This is where the shaman works – way up stream. Then the shifts will ripple down through all levels.

Spirit and soul are connected.

The final step is to share the joy and optimism.

The year is about inspiration and thriving... the fun, joy and optimism... share the gratitude.
