Loving Kindness

Tell me, what is it you plan to do

With your one wild and precious life?

– Mary Oliver

In walking a path of service, you use a lot of time and energy reaching out to help others.

And even though being of service fills you up, you can't truly give to others if you aren't nourishing and loving yourself too.

During our most recent trip to the jungle, our Ayahuascaro shaman Don Guido shared a story of how the plant medicine showed him very clearly that if he did not first take care of himself …he would die. Literally.

He was adamant that this was a message for all of us. The love of self is first!

It's also the quickest way to raise your frequency.

Here are just a few simple ways you can cultivate deep appreciation and love for yourself. (Again...create a habit of doing these every day. You'll be amazed how your life will change!)

  • Bless your chakras

  • Love your physical, mental and emotional aspects – the grown adult you are.

  • Think of all the aspects you appreciate about yourself.

  • Remember all that is good about yourself. Just as it should be.

  • Fill every ounce of your being with love, the parts of you that you appreciate and the parts you are clearing and updating

  • Ask yourself...How can I love my life now even more (which is very different than how can I create a life I love?)

How can you love the world even more?

Create the transformation possible through your state of appreciation…thank you, thank you, thank you. In gratitude for being alive - being here this moment, in this body, on this earth, to share your passion and wisdom in deepest appreciation to spirit or source.

As a special free gift to help you connect to the frequency of love, shaman Don Guido wanted to share this song of prayer, to connect you to the love the universe has for you. It is an icaros (a sacred healing medicine song), and he created it just for you.
