Of full moons, miracles and manifestation

This weekend is a special spiritual time of celebration by cultures and traditions around the world.

October 31 marks the beginning of the Day of the Dead, which has been celebrated for more than 3,000 years. In Mexico, it is a time for welcoming back the souls of departed relatives and supporting them by leaving food out for their ancestors.

It is also Halloween, which dates back more than 2,000 years with its origins as part of the Celtic festival of Samhain, marking the end of the harvest season. The ancient Celts believe that the veil between the living and dead is the thinnest at this time, making it an ideal time to communicate with the deceased and to divine the future.

This year, it is even more significant as Saturday coincides with the Full Blue Moon – the second full moon of the month.

Full moons mark the time for cleaning, clearing and completion.

So this is the time when spiritual activity is at its highest and you have assistance from the other side ready and waiting, everything is in alignment to help you clean, clear and complete so you can co-create a life you love with spirit.

So how can you use this amazing opening between the veils for your highest destiny?

Think about what intention calls you forward – work, home, health. Set your intention for what you want (You can download my free Guide to Manifestation ebook here for more on how to set your intention).
Holding that intention in your mind’s eye, call on your ancestors to assist. Offer them your prayers, honoring and gratitude for showing up. you can “feed” them with your energetic blessings, essential oil, flowers, etc., as well as literal food dishes that might have been their favorite.
Ask for what you need…their assistance, service, help. (If they created lots of karma when alive then this is their way of coming back into right relationship by assisting you). And then let them go and get out of the way.
You may want to keep a candle burning or an altar with special objects during this amazing opening between the veils, Continue to “feed” them with your prayers and nourishment and so much gratitude for their service.
