And breathe...

“It is a question of the right silence in the mind and the right openness to the Word that is trying to express itself - for the Word is there, already formed in those inner planes where all artistic forms take birth.”
~ Sri Aurobindo
In these changing, often complex times, each of us is being asked to learn to hold a different perception of the world. If we each saw a better version of the world what would you notice?
Becoming a visionary - someone able to hold that larger vision - is now one of my deepest passions to share.
Remember, the first step is to become fully present and clear minded. Pay attention to your choices. Be awake to how they are impacting your intuitive skills. Simply by noticing the past conditioning and old beliefs of not enough, your vision will become clearer.
The second step is to Come into Alignment. This is true for any wisdom path you embark upon. You must bring your awareness fully back inside yourself and become centered. When you are centered, the brain is energetically tuned in, and your intuition can be heard. You want to be listening.
Don’t confuse a quiet external world with being centered or experiencing stillness. It’s not the same thing.
You can be super busy on the outside - think hummingbirds buzzing around - and inside you can be quiet and calm, experiencing the information, wisdom and guidance that is always there.
There are many ways to come into alignment and reach stillness. Maybe you know and practice a few already?
Typically, your breath is at the core of stillness. You can practice a simple breath - in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, and empty for 4 - to center.Once you are centered, you’ve mastered the first two steps for tapping into your intuition and seeing a new perception for all of life, being fully present and in alignment.
Next week, we will go into “how” to Connect to the wisdom. Then our final step will be the skill of Embodying the larger vision (along with a special surprise for you).
Thanks for wanting to be that visionary for the planet.
