It's never too late to have a functional childhood

Earlier this month I shared that most of your coding is unconscious and came in when you were little. You created the belief that you’re “not enough”. These unconscious beliefs became an elephant under the rug.

The first step is to be awake and have the courage to see through your heart.

The full moon last week was a way to connect with spirit, see the elephant exactly as it was - be the owner of your feelings, accept all the gifts with gratitude, then merge back with the universe and surrender to spirit, transforming the old way you perceived the story. When you open your heart, release into the flow, love wants to do the work.

Many of the early beliefs were created as a result of a traumatic or confusing experience that you have forgotten. Beliefs become deeply ingrained in your subconscious and rooted into your nervous system. Even despite overwhelming contradictory evidence, your beliefs will hold true for you. You will perceive them as real in the world, and the universe goes out of its way to agree with you.

It is time to take your power back.

You have had a multitude of positive life experiences - actions, beliefs that support you, goals and dreams that fuel you. Did you know one-third of your strengths are innate (built into you) including your genetically based temperament, talents, outlook on life, and personality?

The other two-thirds develop over time. You get them by growing them. You grow your love, effectiveness, wisdom, and inner peace.

Dr. Rick Hanson shares that because the mind takes its shape from what it rests upon, it is important to rest it on good events and conditions, pleasant feelings, and physical pleasures. Over time, your good intentions and qualities will become hardwired. You can create strength, a realistically optimistic outlook, a positive mood, and a sense of worth.

Here are the three core positive new beliefs to rest your mind on. Remember it is never too late to have a functional childhood.

  1. Self Trust:

    1. The world is a beautiful, safe, loving place.

    2. Everything always works out for me.

  1. Self Love:

    1. I love who I am

    2. I am worthy of good things

  1. Support by spirit:

    1. I have a direct connection to Spirit and I’m being  pulled up to claim my power.

    2. The spirit beings of water, air, sunlight, and earth support me.

Connect to your intuition to create a larger vision for the world through your own joy, wonder, compassion, kindness, peace, and love.
